In this Learning Café, participants compare how universities, employers and students now understand “readiness” in an AI‑shaped labour market. Small‑groups compare where expectations match, where they differ and what may be being missed, using the Readiness Gap exercise to explore changing expectations and the human skills that are becoming more important. The aim is to give participants a more precise way to talk about employability today and practical ideas for strengthening connections between education and work.
