Dinye Hernanda is a distinguished practitioner in Learning & Development, known for her bold, results-driven approach. As the founder of Haus of Ilmu, she partners with forward-thinking companies to craft transformative talent experiences, championing inclusivity, tech innovation, and sustainable practices.
With a proven track record in building L&D departments for high-growth organizations, Dinye has made her mark across major corporations, tech scale-ups, and VC firms. Ivar Ihle works as a Competence Manager in Kongsberg Maritime responsible for future-proofing the workforce. He has previously worked for many years in Technology Development and is very interested in the interactions between technology, business and learning. He holds a MSc and PhD in Engineering Cybernetics from Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Stefan Koenig is a seasoned leadership expert in the field of personnel and organizational development, with over 20 years of experience in global companies. Since 2019, he has led Human Resource Development at BOSCH Service Solutions, where he is responsible for conducting over 300 training sessions annually. He is an active participant in global Learning & Development networks and plays an engaged role in shaping BOSCH’s learning strategy. Since 2020, Stefan has focused particularly on digital qualification to support transformation initiatives. Through this work, he has gained diverse and valuable insights into the development of learning cultures.
