Anna is the Chief People and Culture Officer at Mentimeter, driving business success through a strong company culture, leadership, and employee development. Since joining as VP of People in 2020, she has overseen rapid growth, from 70 to 350 employees. Since graduating from Hyper Island in 2004, Anna has led digital agencies in Sweden and Finland as COO and CEO. She also founded her consulting company, Studio How, specializing in leadership education and high-performing teams. Her book "Facilitate!" won Sweden's HR Book of the Year in 2020.
