Margarita is a Sociologist specializing in Labour and Environmental studies, with a focus on Climate and City Development. She is an experienced HR professional and Social Law Jurist, responsible for Learning & Development, Competence & Performance Management, Integration, and HR Digitalisation at Urban Brussels, the public service which supports the territorial development of the Brussels Capital Region. Currently, she is pursuing a Postgraduate degree in "AI for the Common Good", where she is learning to accelerate responsible digital transformation using AI. This program provides her with practical AI innovation toolkits and a holistic approach to managing AI projects.
