Dr. Courtney L. Teague is the Deputy Director of Internal Professional Learning & Coaching for the Digital Equity team at Digital Promise. She collaborates across school districts, external partners, and Digital Promise to help craft a synchronized approach to defining instructional strategy and instructional tech coaching, mentoring, professional learning, and efficiency. Before Digital Promise, she served as a technology training integration specialist, special education teacher, and digital learning system administrator on assignment at McKinsey & Company. Dr. Courtney is the author of “The Uncommon Coach” and “How to Win Students and Inspire Them.” As a member of the Forbes Council, her writings appear on Forbes.com. Dr. Courtney’s current research focuses on coaching, diversity, digital equity and inclusion, powerful instructional technology use, and leadership development.
