Manage Distractions in a Distracted World

This How To session will combine research on distraction with practical instructional design and facilitation techniques to minimise distraction in the learning environment.
Participants will explore what distracts learners, identify methods to minimise, manage, and eliminate distractions, and create a distraction management action plan. The session will cover external and internal distractions, as well as those created through instructional design and facilitation choices.
