Jasper is currently working with Reskilling & upskilling and Talent marketplaces for large groups of co-workers across various countries. All with the aim to increase employability and secure the skills required for future success of the organisation.

Joost is a Senior Learning & Development Specialist with a unique focus on the intersection of technology and human performance. Since 2016, he has had a deep interest in Blockchain technology and is actively involved in research exploring its practical applications in the world of learning and development. With a background in leading impactful projects and strong persuasive skills, Joost is adept at driving innovative changes that yield significant results.
In addition to his expertise in Learning & Development, Joost is also IT-savvy, with extensive experience in a variety of software packages. This enables him to seamlessly integrate technological solutions into learning programs and developmental plans. His current research efforts are concentrated on combining Blockchain and Web3 technologies with traditional learning strategies, aimed at shaping the future of human performance and development.

Evgeniia Rashchupkina is a Lead Project & Content Manager at Group Moovs and Founder of LXD hero. She has over 15 years of experience in people development, including roles in corporate education management, learning experience design, and EdTech program management. She designed, launched, and evaluated learning products for the IT, banking, and education industries.
Evgeniia is an author of a blog about product management and learning experience design LX notes and the founder of the online school for learning experience designers LXD hero focusing on implementing product management approaches and new technologies in learning and development.

Bert’s professional life is all about competent people. He thinks, publishes, consults, designs and sets up learning and development projects for corporations. His areas of expertise include technology enhanced learning, leadership development and innovation.
Bert has been active in the field of corporate learning and e-learning for the last 25 years, first as instructor and course designer, later as project manager, consultant and business development manager. He worked at IBM Learning Development Europe where he was responsible for commercial e-learning development projects across Europe, and the management of the learning innovation initiatives. Thirteen years ago he joined the Center for Creative Leadership where he is now part of the global innovation team.
