Anna Ray works at the intersection of business transformation, organisational capability, learning and AI. Her work spans large-scale digital learning, leadership and organisational transformation, and she has received multiple Swedish and international awards for learning and transformation. Today, Anna is particularly interested in what happens beyond AI champions and early adopters: how organisations turn experimentation into shared capability, embed new ways of working and connect learning directly to business performance. She believes the future of L&D is not simply about creating better training, but about helping organisations build the capability to learn, adapt and perform at scale.
