Esther Schut is an educational advisor and trainer at Risbo, Erasmus University Rotterdam, with a strong focus on impact evaluation in education. She sees evaluation as more than measuring outcomes - it is a collaborative process that reveals why and how innovations work, engages stakeholders, and drives sustainable, evidence-informed improvements. Alongside this work, Esther coordinates the University Delivery Qualification (UDQ) programme and designs creative, interactive learning experiences that make complex ideas accessible and inspire lasting change in teaching and learning.
