Jean-Baptiste Milon is a senior international expert with publicly funded R&D&I projects in education, technology and security. He has worked across multiple countries and companies, such as the Tyndall National Institute in Ireland, the International Council for Open and Distance Education in Norway, and the International Council on Badges and Credentials in Germany in executive tenures. His expertise primarily resides in Fundraising and stakeholder engagement across Europe and Africa. He has also been contributing to eLearning Africa since 2018 and is currently leading a doctoral research project with them on business strategies in the African continent.
