Lucian Cosinschi has a passion for discovering, developing and leading adoption of innovative education models globally. He is currently the Chief Experience Officer for the College of Interdisciplinary Studies at Zayed University, developing experiential learning programming for the first interdisciplinary program in the Middle East.

Previously, he led the design and implementation of student life and experiential learning in Berlin for Minerva University.
