Robert Szabó is the Director of Pedagogy for Business Language and Communication at Learnship and GlobalEnglish. Before entering the EdTech world, he spent ten years in corporate training and academic management roles in the UK, Poland, Germany and Portugal. Robert holds a Master’s Degree in Education with a specialisation in Applied Linguistics, in addition to the Cambridge CELTA and DELTA Module 1. He is a past Committee member of IATEFL BESIG and has given talks at conferences online, in the UK and around Europe on Systemic Functional Linguistics, business email writing, communicative competence and more recently, on the limits of Artificial Intelligence in language training.
