Raphael Joseph is the global head of Solutions Engineering for Kaltura. Raphael spends much of his time travelling to see customers around the world to help with their organisational video strategies, whether universities looking to implement a campus-wide lecture capture solution, or a multi-national looking to increase employee engagement through opening up content creation to all employees to share with one another.
