Pia Groenewolt believes that all citizens can exploit the benefits of the digital transformation.

Through her work at ALL DIGITAL she gets to put her beliefs into action in managing various projects reaching this aim, including the Coding for Inclusion, project which engages young people in a peer-to-peer learning experience.

She studied Sociology and Political Science at the University of Calgary and sociology at the University of Helsinki. In addition to having worked for the International Labour Organisation, Swiss Academy of Development, and the Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, she has a broad experience in organisations focusing on issues of inclusion, migration and integration, empowerment and dialogue.
