My name is Marco and I work as a vice-dean at Avans University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. I am the team leader of our Business Administration and Finance Programma, which involves 50 teachers and 1200 students. I am passionate about innovating education, so students become more motivated and learn about their passions and talents. I studied Educational Sciences and Organization Studies. In the recent years I did some research on self-organizing teams and leadership in Higher Education. I am 32 years old and love travelling and getting to know new cultures.
