The last 15 years I've been working in the field L&D, always with a strong focus on digital learning. Currently, I work as Sika’s Head of Digital Learning. The Team Digital Learning focuses on the enablemnet of all Sika employees to create their own digital learning content, the curation at management of all learning content at Sika as well as the creation of a unified Sika Learner Experience.
Learning and teaching has been a recurring theme in my life. I studied to become a primary school teacher in Rotterdam and after a few years of teaching I went back to college. This time I went to the Radboud University in Nijmegen where I studied Pedagogy and Education Scienc
