Christer Gundersen is a technology enthusiast who is passionate about openness and sharing, he works as the CTO for the Norwegian digital learning arena with a strong focus on the development of open educational learning resources and free software. Christer has worked extensively with how Open educational resources and crowdsource technology will change global learning. Christer has previously held positions at the Norwegian government, Microsoft and the Norwegian competence centre for free software.
