Jenny Luca
Head of Digital Learning and Practice, Wesley College, Australia
Jenny Luca is Head of Digital Learning and Practice at Wesley College, Melbourne and was formerly Director of ICT and eLearning at Toorak College. She has been a teacher for 27 years with experience across all sectors and is fascinated by the potential that exists for leveraging new technologies for learning outcomes in education today. Jenny has been a Keynote speaker on numerous occasions and has facilitated many seminars and workshops across a range of topics. She has also been a TEDx Melbourne speaker. Jenny writes a blog called 'Lucacept- intercepting the Web and is forever grateful that she took the plunge and pressed the publish button on that first post!

James Woodworth
Quantative Research Analyst, CREDO, Stanford University, USA
Lynn joined the CREDO team as a Quantitative Research Analyst in 2012. While at CREDO, Lynn has completed work on the Charter Growth and Replication Study, the 2013 National Charter School Study, the California State Study, and other projects including taking a lead role in the design of CREDO's current file and processing server.
Prior to his time at CREDO, Lynn performed research, program evaluations, and administered performance pay programs at the Office for Education Policy as part of his duties as a Distinguished Doctoral Fellow in the Department of Education Reform at the University of Arkansas. Before his time at the University of Arkansas, Lynn spent 11 years as a public school teacher in Arkansas.
Lynn earned a B.A. (Magna Cum Laude) in music education and a M.Ed. in educational leadership from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, Arkansas and his PhD. in education policy from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.

Rafi Syed has worked in the e-Learning industry for over 11 years. After completing a Bachelor of Mathematics and Business Administration (BMath) at the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, he joined D2L (formerly known as Desire2Learn). Having held various roles including Trainer, Implementation Consultant, Solution Engineer and as an expert in Course Migrations and IMS specifications. He is now a Customer Success Manager for D2L's European clients. He lives in London, United Kingdom, which is a bit more interesting and exciting than London, Ontario, Canada.

Maruja Gutiérrez-Diaz

Maruja Gutiérrez-Diaz has degrees in architecture and in urban planning from the School of Architecture, University of Madrid. A postgraduate research grant at the University of Edinburgh got her into computers and changed her professional life forever. After some years working as a consultant, she was appointed Head of the Centre for Information and Documentation of the Madrid Metropolitan Area, in charge of regional information systems.
She joined the European Commission in 1988, as specialist in new technologies. The highlights of her European career have been the upgrade and networking of Commission´s libraries, the launching of the Europa server, the eLearning initiative, which evolved into a fully-fledged program for innovation and education, and the European Year of Creativity and Innovation.
Recently retired from the Commission, she is setting back at Madrid as an independent consultant in the fields of innovation and education.
