Lynn joined the CREDO team as a Quantitative Research Analyst in 2012. While at CREDO, Lynn has completed work on the Charter Growth and Replication Study, the 2013 National Charter School Study, the California State Study, and other projects including taking a lead role in the design of CREDO's current file and processing server.
Prior to his time at CREDO, Lynn performed research, program evaluations, and administered performance pay programs at the Office for Education Policy as part of his duties as a Distinguished Doctoral Fellow in the Department of Education Reform at the University of Arkansas. Before his time at the University of Arkansas, Lynn spent 11 years as a public school teacher in Arkansas.
Lynn earned a B.A. (Magna Cum Laude) in music education and a M.Ed. in educational leadership from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, Arkansas and his PhD. in education policy from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.
