Kelly Martens is a quality assurance officer in the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Antwerp. She mainly focuses on internal quality assurance processes. In the context of a project she is also involved with educational innovation to improve the flow of incoming, ongoing and outgoing students with the help of blended learning.
