OEB is proud to once again host its 30 Under 30 Programme, celebrating the next generation of thinkers, innovators and practitioners shaping the future of education, learning and learning technologies.
Selected participants will join the global OEB community in Berlin, connect with peers and leaders from across sectors, and contribute to the conference through networking activities and potential speaking opportunities.

We are looking forward to discovering a new cohort of inspiring voices ready to take part in this year’s conversation.
Young professionals and students are welcome to apply directly. Managers, mentors and professors are invited to nominate promising candidates from their networks.

Entry Criteria

To apply for the OEB 30 Under 30 Programme, you should:

Be under 30 years old during OEB 2026 (born after December 1, 1996).
Be a young professional, researcher, or student (studying in a bachelor or master programme at a university) active in education, learning, or learning technologies.
Be interested in shaping the future of learning, education, or skills development.
Have the support of a professor, manager or mentor who encourages your participation and is willing to support your travel to the conference.
Be keen to actively participate in the dedicated 30 Under 30 activities during the event.
Be open to contributing to the OEB programme, including mentoring or peer exchange activities.
Be curious, engaged and eager to connect with an international community of learning innovators.

As a member of the OEB 30 Under 30 cohort, you will join an international community of emerging voices shaping the future of education, learning and learning technologies.

Each selected participant will receive:

 
  • A complimentary ticket to OEB 2026, including access to all conference sessions.
  • An invitation to the Speaker Reception, offering the opportunity to meet speakers and international experts before the conference begins.
  • Opportunities to contribute to the conference programme, for example through participation in selected sessions or discussions.
  • Dedicated networking and exchange activities with the 30 Under 30 cohort.
  • Opportunities to interact with key speakers and industry leaders, creating space for conversation, feedback and mentorship.
  • A complimentary ticket to the OEB Evening Event, one of the central networking moments of the conference.

Selected participants will receive a complimentary ticket to OEB 2026, including access to the full conference programme and all dedicated 30 Under 30 activities.

Please note that participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel and accommodation costs in Berlin.

We warmly encourage young professionals, researchers and students working in education, learning and learning technologies to apply, and invite managers, mentors and professors to nominate promising candidates for this year’s cohort.
