Learning Café
Keeping the Human in the Loop: Ensuring the Quality of AI-Generated Learning Content
Date Thursday, Dec 4 Time – Room: Knight
As generative AI tools rapidly become integrated into educational and corporate content creation, there is growing concern about how to ensure that such content meets the required pedagogical, ethical, and contextual standards needed to deliver effective learning. While AI offers speed and scalability, it lacks the nuanced understanding, empathy, and contextual understanding that a human brings to learning design. This Learning Café invites participants to explore practical strategies for keeping the "human in the loop" that is, ensuring human oversight, curation, and enhancement of AI-generated learning resources.
