Ilse White is a Learning Researcher at the Learnovate Centre at Trinity College Dublin. She brings 20+ years of expertise in instructional design, organisational development, and digital learning design across the corporate and public sector. Most recently she has worked on applied research and innovation in digital competence development. Notably, this included co-development of the Tri-Skill project, an evidence-informed national digital skills platform that integrates behavioural science and learning design, aligned with the DigComp 2.2 framework. Ilse holds an MSc in Business Communication, a PGDip in Education & E-learning, and an HDip in Psychology.
