Join us for an engaging 90-minute learning café where we will help you to create impactful digital learning experiences that foster human connection. This hands-on session will introduce Gamoteca, our platform designed to enhance engagement and collaboration. We will also show you how to interact with our custom GPT to brainstorm and structure your own Gamoteca experiences (TECA). By the end, you’ll leave with a personalized TECA prototype, new insights, and practical tools to enhance your digital learning programs with AI-powered human-centered design.

Becky is currently CEO at Technovation, where their platform, Gamoteca is helping to enhance & scale human connection in talent development. This approach has been shown to increase engagement and impact of any talent based experiences, from onboarding to mandatory training.
She has worked in innovation, entrepreneurship, and impact for her whole career, spanning 20 years. She has been on both sides, being a serial entrepreneur/innovator herself and supported other innovative impact businesses & founders through coaching, accelerator programmes and community building initiatives. She lectures in talent Development at Exeter Business School and holds a post as Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Bath.

I enjoy working at the intersection of social science and emerging technology. I have built my career across roles in Policy, Research, Project Management, and Product Strategy to create, build and scale technology-enabled experiences that are safe and inclusive, especially for marginalised and vulnerable audiences across the EMEA and APAC regions.
I have an MSc. in Social Science of the Internet from the University of Oxford, before which I was a Sr. Design Researcher at a Human-Centered Design consulting firm, working across the emerging markets region.
