What will your OEB Global 2026 look say about you? This December in Berlin, wear an outfit that reflects your personality, celebrates your heritage or simply makes you feel fantastic. OEB Global brings together people from across the world, and that international spirit is reflected in the fashion you’ll see throughout the conference. From bold national dress and unexpected combinations to treasured accessories and everyday pieces with a story, every style is welcome.

Everyone can take part: delegates, speakers, organisers and visitors. Throughout the conference, our team will be on the lookout for memorable outfits, distinctive details and the stories behind them. We’ll photograph looks and share the best of them. We are not looking for catwalk chic; we are seeking out the creativity, character and diversity that make our global OEB community so special. With people joining us from so many countries, cultures and backgrounds, fashion becomes a vivid way to see the international connections at the heart of OEB Global.

“People working in education don’t exactly have a reputation for dressing well. We think that reputation is thoroughly undeserved—and the fashion blog aims to prove it. There is so much creativity and individual style in the OEB community. We want to give it the attention it deserves.”

“We’re interested in how you express yourself through your clothes. That might mean celebrating your heritage, wearing something someone has made for you or putting together an outfit that simply feels like you.”
