Speaker Terms and Conditions

Speakers who are accepted through the Call for Proposal have to register for the conference at the reduced speakers’ rate of EUR 495 (excl. VAT) which includes the speakers’ reception on Wednesday evening as well as lunches and coffee breaks on Thursday and Friday.

Furthermore:

• They also need to confirm that they are aware that they need to ensure sufficient funding to register and to support their travel to and accommodation in Berlin, should their proposal be accepted.
• They also should confirm that at least one of the applicants listed in the proposal will participate as an on-site speaker at OEB 2026.
• Should their proposal be accepted, they need to agree to collaborate with the organisers and consider guidelines, suggestions and possible adaptations to format and content.
• They should be aware that, if their proposal is accepted for OEB 2026, their name and submitted bio and photo will be used for promotional purposes by OEB Learning Technologies Europe GmbH to inform participants about the agenda of the event.
• They need to be aware that, if their proposal is accepted for OEB 2026, their contribution may be recorded (video and audio), and their slides may be requested for post-event promotional purposes. If you do not wish your contribution to be accessible to delegates in the online conference library after the event, please feel free to inform our programme team @email in the lead up to the event so that we can make sure it is not included.
