Dr. Sulaiman Alshathri is an Assistant Professor of Educational Administration at Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University (IMSIU) in Saudi Arabia. He completed his Master’s degree at the University of Hull and earned his PhD from University College London (UCL) in the United Kingdom, with a focus on e-learning, blended learning design, educational leadership, and planning.
He is an active academic who teaches, researches, and supervises initiatives related to educational leadership and the development of digital and blended learning in higher education. His work explores themes such as organisational trust, digital transformation in universities, e-learning policy, and strategic educational planning. He has presented his research at international conferences in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, and has several peer-reviewed publications in recognised journals.
Alongside his academic role, Dr. Alshathri has contributed to the establishment of educational centres, initiatives, and professional associations. He also works in the field of media and institutional communication and has supported national organizations and universities through advisory roles in strategy, communication, and training programs. He regularly delivers workshops and training for educational leaders and professionals.
His professional interests bring together education, leadership, media, and organisational development, with a focus on creating practical impact in both academic and institutional environments.
