Simon Skårhøj is a capacity development advisor and doctoral researcher at the Danida Fellowship Center (DFC), a Danish government organization responsible for 30–40 large-scale learning programs supporting partners in growth and developing countries under the Danish Development Cooperation. With extensive experience in international development and learning innovation, he has worked with the United Nations and spent a decade at a major Danish NGO, where he founded and directed a learning innovation unit and global learning network. His work focuses on enhancing capacity-building strategies, fostering cross-sectoral collaboration, and advancing innovative approaches to knowledge transfer and professional learning.
