With a career spanning over a decade, including roles at L’Oréal in Europe and China, and at IESE since 2016, she brings a unique combination of engineering precision, emotional intelligence, and a global mindset.
At IESE, Manuella oversees Action Learning and Immersive Learning, collaborating with faculty and interdisciplinary teams to design high-impact, real-world educational journeys. She is deeply passionate about harnessing AI, technology, and strategic partnerships to elevate experiential learning, driving mindset shifts, fostering career ownership, and enhancing participants’ ability to manage their energy and potential.
