Teacher, editor, publisher and now Executive Director of the European Educational Publishers Group (EEPG), Helga Holtkamp has devoted her career to enhancing learning through high-quality educational materials. After teaching German and English, she began her publishing career in dictionary publishing and went on to work in both Britain and Germany, leading editorial teams at major educational publishers. Her expertise spans print and digital development, curriculum design and teacher support. Her goal is to strengthen European collaboration among education stakeholders, initiate cross-country research, and promote high standards through the BELMA Awards. Helga continues to advocate for innovation and empathy in education across Europe.
