As a School Governor at London Borough of Hounslow, I contribute to the work of the governing body in ensuring high standards of achievement for all children and young people in the school. I have over 20 years of experience in education, spanning different roles, sectors, and countries. I am passionate about improving educational outcomes and opportunities for learners of all ages and backgrounds. I hold a PhD in Educational Assessment from the University of Exeter, a Certificate in School Management and Leadership (CSML) from Harvard University, and a Statement of Achievement in Psychometrics from Cambridge Assessment. I am also a subject matter expert on privatisation (PPP) in education and change management, and an advisor for several Edtech companies. I have published and presented on various topics related to education, such as active learning, digital transformation, and rekindling education post-COVID. I am committed to advancing educational research, innovation, and collaboration.
