Jörg Hafer

Jörg Hafer studied pedagogy, sociology and philosophy in Frankfurt a. M., Karlsruhe and Leiden (NL). He works in the e-learning sector since 1999, in an international company, then company founder and owner of an e-learning company. Activities include product development, didactic conception, consulting, lecturer and project manager including the development and implementation of e-learning solutions for companies and institutions. Since 2007 he has been increasingly involved in the AG eLEARNiNG (now: Teaching and Media at the Center for Quality Development) of the University of Potsdam (ZfQ), where he is head of department since 2010.
At ZfQ, in addition to his leadership activities, he mainly works in consulting, conception and project management of e-learning projects.
Thematic interests include e-portfolios and university development, cultural changes within digital transformation, quality development and evaluation research as well as the transdisciplinary development of digital education technologies.
