Taras Pustovoy, the director of the Center of Innovative Educational Technologies at MIPT. The Center is the leader in creating and integrating new educational technologies in Russia.

In 2015 Taras initiated the creation of the National Platform of Open Education and is currently a member of its Board of Directors. As the head of the technical committee, he was responsible for the design and development of technical solution for the National Platform.

His past experience includes designing and developing several educational platforms for open repositories of educational materials, hybrid schools for K12,online masters programs, mobile apps for science olympiads.

Taras is a recognized expert in online education in Russia and abroad, actively promoting development and implementation of online learning format in high education. Develops the school of the Educational Engineering in MIPT.
