70:20:10 in Action – Exploring Principles and Practices
The 70:20:10 model has been adopted by organisations around the world as a way to help them extend their focus on learning and development beyond formal training. 70:20:10 is used by corporates and not-for-profits, by government departments, and across vocational and school education.
This is an ‘open fishbowl conversation’. It will bring together practitioners who are using 70:20:10 and those who want to discover more about it. The ‘fishbowl’ format will provide you with opportunities to explore and uncover the benefits and challenges of using the approach in your own context. This session will give everyone who attends an opportunity to ask questions and share experiences about the 70:20:10 model in an open and informal format.
