Legal Uncertainty in E-learning Environments
Paul Przemysław Polański (PhD, hab.) is a software engineer, attorney-at-law and a professor of law at Kozminski University, Warsaw, Poland. The author of two books on international and European IT law as well as more than 80 articles and expertises. He is also a founder and a director of FREE - a research institute focusing on the intersection of law and ICT. A long-term fun of elearning platforms, Paul is one of the translators of Moodle into Polish and an active administrator of two LMSes. For almost 10 years he has been an executive director of electronic information system Legalis at C.H.Beck.

Bringing XAPI into Higher Education: Learning Analytics, Ownership and Privacy
Christian Glahn is the director of the Blended Learning Center and professor for educational technologies at the HTW Chur, Switzerland. He actively contributes to technology enhanced learning for many years. His work is centered on bridging future technologies into todays’ higher education practice. Dr. Glahn co-developed and operationalized the concept of micro learning. He is experienced in bridging innovative personalized and context-aware technologies to formal training, non-formal learning, and performance support in universities, public services, and industries. His research focusses on integrating smart technologies into existing technology-enhanced learning environments and practices in higher education institutions and organizations.

Miho has won multiple awards as a digital concepter and UI/UX person, working for major clients such as Vodafone, MINI, and Sony-Playstation. She continues to share her passion for AR & VR as co-organiser of München Mixed realitz Meetup.
