Valerie Riffaud-Cangelosi
Product Marketing Manager, Epson, France
Valerie Riffaud Cangelosi is New Market Development Manager for Epson Europe. She is responsible for the development and implementation strategies of new Epson business areas focusing on Smart Glasses, Label Printers, and Sensing technologies for business applications throughout the EMEAR region.
Valerie joined Epson in 2002 as Product Manager for the French subsidiary, followed by a variety of European roles within Epson. Prior to joining Epson, Valerie began her career in Sony as a sales representative before moving to the role of Product Manager. Valerie also worked as a Marketing Manager for a French start-up company, Future Sound Technologies, creating the first connected HiFi device aimed at streaming music.
A French native, from Bordeaux, Valerie graduated from Normandy Business School with a Masters degree in Marketing followed by a semester of MBA in Canada.
Valerie is married and is passionate about Scuba diving as well as travelling the world.
Rahul Swaminathan
Deutsche Telekom Laboratories, Hasso-Plattner-Institute, Germany
Rahul Swaminathan is a Senior Research Scientist/Expert at the Deutsche Telokom's Innovation Laboratory in Berlin as well as Lecturer at the Technical University Berlin. Besides these responsibilities he is also the founder and director of Weekend Labs, a new startup based on core vision based augmented reality mobile applications and services. Born in Bombay, India, in 1974, he received B.E. in Computer Engineering from University of Pune, in 1996 and M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Columbia University, New York, USA , in 1998 and 2003 respectively.
Currently his research interests span areas of augmented reality, vision as well as machine learning.

Founder, AirMarkr, Germany
Miho is the co-founder of Enobyte GmbH, a company that helps businesses through the EU General Data Protection Regulation compliance process with their GDPR Toolbox. Prior to this she founded AirMarkr, a mobile app that lets you draw in the air. It was named one of the hottest startups in Germany by LeWeb, and The Next Web. Miho has won multiple awards as a digital concepter and UI/UX person, working for major clients such as Vodafone, MINI, and Sony-Playstation.
