Npuls is a Dutch programme that brings together 102 Dutch tertiary education institutions, SURF, the Ministry of Education, and other stakeholders to transform the educational landscape, enabling learners and educators to use AI and data responsibly and effectively. Attendees will discover the vision of learning without barriers and continuously the best education, explore the practical patchwork method for complex challenges, and see examples and lessons learned from national initiatives, to find inspiration to build their own smart, collaborative connections.
Judith Huisman
Secretary of the Steering Committee , Npuls
Judith is the general secretary of Npuls - the national cooperation program for transforming tertiary education in the Netherlands. As such, she is involved in fostering a culture of inter-institutional cooperation in the Netherlands and the new questions this poses to national and institutional policy.
She has worked as a policy advisor on innovation and (practice-oriented) research in higher education on a national level since 2016. She was involved in the Npuls program since it was a drafted proposal for a grant from the Dutch National Growth Fund. She strongly believes in the power of cooperating and peer-learning, in order to improve the learning experience for (life long) learners.
Gerdinand Bosch
Programme Director, Npuls
Gerdinand Bosch is the program director at Npuls. In his role as program director, Gerdinand is responsible for the central organization of the program and is responsible for the quality of the results of the Npuls.
