COVID-19 and the resulting devastating circumstances are no welcome thing. However, the pandemic has forced learning practitioners to reflect on their practice and accelerate change. Then through a Learning Café format, delegates will create a manifesto to underpin the approach of the effective post-pandemic L&D team.
