Tanja is a passionate futurist and has global experience in Strategic Foresight. She has double master degrees in Master of Business Administration and Master of Strategic Foresight from the Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia. Tanja has a broad knowledge of foresight methods and is experienced in scenario planning and undertaking foresight workshops. Prior to her post-graduate studies, Tanja worked for the Corporate Strategy department of Osram GmbH in Munich, Germany, where she implemented an Integrated Roadmapping and Strategic Foresight process. Former she worked for the Market Intelligence department, where she analyzed current and future competitors.
Tanja also has a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering with a Major in Electrical Engineering that she completed while working at Siemens AG in Stuttgart, Germany. At Siemens, her focus was also on market and competitive analysis as well as managing various software development projects.
She has the exceptional quality of inspiring people around her through her positive and passionate way of connecting with the audience. Through her global experience in Foresight, she sees the world from different angles and enables her audience to gain new insights. Her focus in the futures field lies in highlighting the advantages of futures thinking in the areas of Strategy, Innovation, and Leadership and to allow her audience to explore Foresight as on holistic philosophy how to lead an organization rather than a departments tasks.
