Michael studied Management & Technology with a focus on knowledge management at the University of Technology in Munich before starting as Management Associate to the CEO at Brainlab.
Brainlab develops, manufactures and markets software-driven medical technology, enabling access to advanced, less invasive patient treatments. Brainlab technology powers treatments in radiosurgery as well as neurosurgery and other surgical fields.
He is currently manager of the Learning Infrastructure department at Brainlab and responsible for technical documentation, localization and instructional design.
His core task is to implement and scale a worldwide IT learning system that is used by personnel as well as end users. This includes the style definition of the digital training material as well as introducing new IT systems.
