Magdalena Moś is an e-learning and adult education specialist working as a Training Project Officer in the Training Unit at Frontex (the European Border and Coast Guard Agency).

Magdalena has a professional background in both academia and the corporate sector, where she has worked on the design, development and support of online and blended learning trainings. In these projects she combines appropriate methodology and technology to create innovative learning experiences tailored for the modern times and challenges of the European Border and Coast Guard community. She has extensive experience in the design, delivery, marketing, and evaluation of e-learning, blended learning, and face-to-face trainings in various fields. She has created a number of webinars, video lectures, and educational videos, and has additional expertise in the dissemination of academic research to policy and business audiences.

Prior to her current position, she worked for G2G3 (part of Capita PLC), the University of Oxford and the European University Institute. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Pedagogy from the University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland, in conjunction with the University of Perugia, Italy.
