and High-Tech Industry sectors and primarily with regard to IT and data protection law matters.
She has considerable experience with respect to IT and outsourcing projects, data protection
agreements and cross-border data transfers, software licence agreements and software licence
audits, cloud computing/software-as-a-service agreements and other IT agreements including
disputes and renegotiations, as well as matters relating to e-commerce, advertising and
marketing.
