Jeroen Munk, is an edtech intrapreneur working for ThiemeMeulenhoff – the Learning Design Company – since January 2008. His mission is to empower teachers, learners and publishers around the world, by combining learning design & technology, to make learning more efficient, effective and attractive.

For the past 7 years he developed multiple product/service innovations, such as teaching & learning platforms for interactive whiteboards (IWB) and one-to-one learning. Always keeping in mind that educational technology only works if you co-create it with the teachers and students and if you “hide” the revolution within an evolution.

Besides product/service development he is also responsible for the international strategy and execution of ThiemeMeulenhoff. He advises and supports publishers, distributors and educational institutions in their organizational and product development transformation to offer more student-centered learning solutions.
