Rolf Reinhardt is a Commissioner on the UK's Digital Badging Commission, bringing together leading experts from across higher and further education, commerce and technology to broaden the understanding, development and adoption of digital badges by accrediting organisations and employers. He is also a member of the executive committee of the International Council on Badges and Credentials (ICoBC), a global network of education, business, association and government organizations with the common goal of developing and promoting best practices for open badges and (digital) credentials both regionally and globally.
