Alexander C. Bauer is an Associate Professor at Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences, with campuses in the Netherlands and Germany. He also lectures at the University of Applied Sciences BFI Vienna and the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt. With over a decade of international sales and management experience, he transitioned to academia in 2014.

He holds a degree in Business Management focused on Marketing and Sales and a PhD in International Business Management. Alexander is a trainer in presentation skills, rhetoric, and sales techniques. His research focuses on sales competitions and sales laboratories in education. He is also a board member of the European Sales Competition Association (ESCA). Alexander is particularly interested in fostering original thinking through formative feedback in the era of AI, leveraging AI to enhance educational outcomes and stimulate innovative thinking among students.
