We are proud to welcome Niyazi Arda Aygül, Learning and Development Manager at İşbank, Turkey’s largest private bank, to the keynote stage at OEB25.

With over 20 years of experience in HR and corporate learning, he has led pioneering projects in gamification, learning experience platforms, and VR-based training.

What was your first thought about this year’s conference theme “Humanity in the Intelligent Age: Empathy, Responsibility, and the Duty of Care”?

Even with AI everywhere, we must believe in and support human intelligence – and give everyone equal opportunity to thrive.

If you could look into the year 2045, what do you envision learning will be driven by?

Learning in 2025: More personalised, AI-powered and part of everyday life – but still guided by human values.

AI tools that create videos and images – they open up new, creative ways to design learning experiences.

Driving digital learning projects at İşbank – I learned that people matter more than tools or technologies.
