Experts in this panel will discuss what risks you should be aware of when having your staff/students working and learning from home, and practical advice and guidelines on how to mitigate those risks.
In addition, you will learn about privacy issues and how to control digital privacy, security, and well-being.

Safa Ghnaim leads Tactical Tech’s successful Data Detox Kit project, building partnerships and leading workshops around the world. The Data Detox Kit’s friendly, non-technical tone and flexible approach gives people the space to choose their own Data Detox journey through controlling their data privacy and digital security, enhancing their digital wellbeing, and spotting misinformation.
Before joining Tactical Tech, she worked as an educator and editor, most notably editing and formatting the book Tatreez & Tea: Embroidery and Storytelling in the Palestinian Diaspora, which told the story of her family.
Miho Gumpp Tanaka
Enobyte GmbH, Germany
Miho is a certified Data Protection Officer and a co-founder of Enobyte GmbH. Enobyte helps businesses comply and maintain General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) processes with their GDPR Toolbox. Prior to this she founded AirMarkr, a mobile app that lets you draw in the air. It was named one of the hottest startups in Germany by LeWeb, and The Next Web. Miho has won multiple awards as a digital concepter and UI/UX person, working for major clients such as Vodafone, MINI, and Sony-Playstation.
JAMK University of Applied Sciences, Finland
Dr. Tero Kokkonen works as a senior lecturer and R&D manager at the Institute of Information Technology at JAMK University of Applied Sciences. Before his Academic career, Tero has served as a program manager and technical specialist with C4ISR Systems in Finnish Air Force. He is a graduate of Jyväskylä University (Ph.D. Mathematical Information Technology). Tero has significantly conducted research and development in cyber security and artificial intelligence including several international publications.

Dr Ismini Vasileiou Associate Professor in Information Systems (FBCS, SFHEA) is holding the roles of: Associate Head for Teaching and Learning and Subject Lead in Information Systems in the School of Computer Science and Informatics at De Montfort University, Leicester, UK. Leading the team on Information Systems, developing cutting edge curriculum giving attention to diverse teaching and assessment.
Dr. Vasileiou's is certified on Social Engineering delivering workshops as and when needed. Her research interests include Social Engineering, Security Education, Information Systems, Big Data and Technology-supported Learning. Holding an EdD in Flexible Learning for Computing Degrees in Higher Education, Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and Fellow of BCS, Dr Vasileiou is actively involved in academic delivery at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, as well as the supervision of BSc, MSc and postgraduate research(PhD). Dr Vasileiou is publishing on topics including flexible learning, security education, and technology-supported delivery, and delivers a variety of invited presentations and keynote talks in relation to topics such as unconscious bias and stereotypes in STEM topics.
She was a successful Athena SWAN lead and has led various policy changes across the institutions. Has worked extensively on Unconscious Bias training material and can deliver it internally and externally as and when needed.
