Interactive Session DES122
Go Blended: Design a Blended Learning Programme for Your Institution
Many institutions want to move to a blended learning model, but an "out of the box" solution is never a perfect fit. Therefore, leaders within an organisation need to design and deliver a usable model for their system.
This session will take you through 3 phases: a diagnostic assessment using a Blended Learning framework to address organisational needs; the creation of impactful professional development that will lead to embedded practices; a plan to get key stakeholders on board to make their plan actionable.
Overall, those who participate in this session will feel more focused and empowered to lead change within their institution.
