\"\"<\/a>The first tweet of the week was about how \u201cUnsure robots make better teachers than know-alls\u201d, a New Scientist<\/em> report about a Japanese study on approaches to language learning. http:\/\/bit.ly\/O9ga2R<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0 Is the brave new world upon us so soon? As it stands, 52% of students seeking further education use their mobile devices in assessing potential colleges, says ICEF Monitor<\/em> http:\/\/bit.ly\/Q5qFch<\/strong><\/a>, so it is anyone\u2019s guess where e-learning is headed as we reach beyond tomorrow.\u00a0 <\/strong>This is also the theme of this year\u2019s ONLINE EDUCA BERLIN<\/strong>, so do register to ensure that you\u2019ll have access to the world\u2019s leading e-learning practitioners from November 28th to 30th.\u00a0 For example, Mike Trucano, the World Bank\u2019s Senior ICT and Education Policy Specialist, will present a keynote speech at the conference.\u00a0 We tweeted an article he co-authored entitled \u201c10 trends in technology use in education in developing countries that you may not have heard about\u201d.
